How can I return a product?
We have a customer friendly return policy .You will have to just write at team@Sangitha.com within 24 hrs from time of delivery and return steps will be provided from our customer support executive.
1. Provide us with the tracking details of the product that you have returned to us.(Tracking details includes courier company's name and tracking number) Without this packages could get lost and replacement might be cancelled.
2. Mention the Company Name Sangitha.com and Order Number on the return package.
Last date of return shipping:7 days from date of delivery. We will not be able to accept returns if dispatched after 7 days.
Return Shipping Cost:
The cost of return shipping will not be covered by Sangitha.com
Please note that the return policy is NOT applicable on orders that are custom made or custom stitched.
Options after Return:
You can choose to do one of the followings.
1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website
2. Request a coupon code of same value for purchase later on the website. Using the coupon code, you can select anything on the website equivalent of the returned value.
It is of utmost importance that the items do not get damaged on their return shipping.
For Jewellery, please use cotton, bubble wrap, paper or foam to do some kind of padding around the product.
For Apparel, please cover the package in polythene plastic and return it in an envelope to avoid damage due to rain.
II.For international customers also we accept return in 7 days only. The return has to be dispatched to Sangitha within 7 days from & Sangitha should be updated via email on team@Sangitha.com along with the order number returned & the tracking details. Any returned sent product should be online traceable along with signature requirement.
jewellery accept 7 days exchange subject to the following conditions:
jewellery are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
'Made to order' jewellery are not covered under the return policy.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping.
- It is Sangitha’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
- Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and Postage & Packing will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
